Welcome to Bloom Scotland!

Bloom Scotland is a network for women in the communications sector in Scotland. We provide a safe space to support, uplevel and inspire women. We focus exclusively on areas in which women are disproportionately affected; from having difficult conversations, to building confidence and returning to work.

I joined Bloom Scotland in 2019 to meet inspirational women and lead by example. Joining the Bloom board in 2022 I wanted to revitalised Scotland’s marketing events after the pandemic. Now, as president of Bloom Scotland- I want to make sure women’s voices, stories and experiences are heard. I want to champion talented female marketeers and all that is great about Scottish business.

Panel: The Age Old Questions

Please join us at the Yotel Edinburgh as we’ll be diving into the topic of ageism in the workplace – exploring how it impacts women at all stages of their careers. From younger talent being overlooked to older women being unfairly overlooked, we’ll be tackling how these biases hold us back and how we can break them down.
